Version 10:
- requires you install each copy of the software on your server or stand-alone computer
- requires you to install software for each of your workstations for network version.
- requires you to register the software copy.
- requires you to backup the database at each stand-alone or server.
- requires you to reinstall the software and database when a hardware problem happens.
- requires you to upgrade to new versions to get the latest changes to software.
- requires you to update the executable file when software problems require updates.
- requires you to send us your data when something happens. This allows us to fix any
database problems and send the data back to you. You have to do the copying of the database
files.
- requires you to delete the current session data to start a new session.

Version 11:
Does NOT:
- require you to install the application. We've installed it on our server!
- require you to register the software. This is handled by us when
you purchase the software license.
- require you to backup the database. We backup and maintain the data!
- have hardware problems. We maintain redundancy in the server so hardware
problems won't happen.
- require you install updates on your computers. The updates are maintained by us.
Any software errors that show up are corrected and fixed on our server.
This means it's fixed for everyone!
- require you to purchase any more upgrades. All upgrades are automatically
updated for everyone!
- require you to send us data to repair. We repair problems immediatly on our server!
- require you to delete the current session data to start a new session. You can keep all
sessions in one database. This should make setting up new sessions much easier.
Does require:
- you to install a small executable at each workstation. This includes setting
up the Station ID at each workstation so the server knows who it is dealing with.
- you to maintain a valid software license which must be renewed each year.
